I have lots of memories of my mother. Loved going to Macy's' on 34th Street in NYC when I was a little girl after we went to Macy's we would go to the Monastery she would put a clean hanky on my head. (Back in the day you wore something on your head in church) Going to Steinway St. to have Rizzos pizza and root beer soda. Going to Astoria park with Ma and Roland sitting on the grass having a picnic in the summer. Telling us kids brake your neck you have another one in the closet? Talking on the phone to my sister Eileen in the evening. Roller skating in the apartment. Baby sitting my nieces. Telling me stories about being in the orphanage when she was a kid. Allowing me to bring stray home. Taking me to Bickfords restaurant on the Q18 bus in Woodside to see my dad on Friday's. Boy I can go on and on and on. But one of my favorite memories is my mother sitting on the couch in the evening with me laying down next to her with my head on her lap than my brother David carrying me to bed. Ma until we meet again I love you. Sorry I'm not able to be there. May you Rest In Peace. Love ya ❤️

From the beginning you were all very warm and made us feel extremely comfortable. You all did such a wonderful job and my grandfather would be very honored to be in your hands.
