Sylvia Vlahos (80) of Brookfield, CT passed away on November 20, 2017 surrounded by her children.  She was a devoted employee of Peoples United Bank Commercial Lending Division and an active member of the Assumption Greek Orthodox Church in Danbury.  Sylvia was predeceased by her husband, Steve (11/6/17), parents and loving brother Peter.  She is survived by her son, Dean Vlahos of Brookfield; her daughter Kara Vlahos Frazer and her husband, Charles  Hoboken, NJ; her grandson Steven Vlahos of Brookfield and nephew Chris Alexander of Bronx, NY.

A wake will be held at Antonopoulos Funeral home at 38-08 Ditmars Blvd., Astoria, NY on Sunday 11/26 from 1-6 PM.  Funeral Services will be held at St. Catherine & George Greek Orthodox Church, 22-30 33rd Street, Astoria NY on Monday, 11/27 at 10 am.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cure PSP Inc., 30 E Padonia Rd #201, Lutherville-Timonium, MD 21093.
